Shaspa’s E-mobility solutions can help manage a fleet of cars, detecting when servicing is required and automatically making an appointment. Shaspa can go further, for example by connecting a fleet of service technicians to data from devices. So if your washing machine or photocopier has detected a fault, the Shaspa system will know that a service technician is in your neighbourhood, with an hour before their next appointment. Using this information, the system could book in a preemptive repair, reduceing repair costs and making a customer happy.
