Shaspa solutions allow businesses to analyse the workplace with a high resolution – from floor to floor and office to office. The information gathered through sensors connected to the Shaspa Bridge can highlight patterns of use and pinpoint under-utilised spaces and equipment.

Data from the workplace is analysed in the Shaspa Service Delivery Framework to support buildings services managers to make informed decisions to maximise the efficiency and utilisation of a workplace.

Our solutions can, for example, automatically turn off devices, HVAC and other systems when rooms are unoccupied, intelligently linking sensor data with meeting information from an occupant’s calendar. Shaspa could even automate a whole office building, managing smarter hot-desking by only using floors or offices when required.
